Country Manager for JYSK in China

Are you ready to lead the introduction of a strong retail chain in China?

The process of recruiting the team responsible for the opening of JYSK in China in April 2010 has started.

Starting fall 2008, we are looking for a Country Manager that can run the largest market to come in JYSK!

Your main tasks:

  • Adapt and convert JYSK strategy into the optimal national strategy in China
  • Implement JYSK China’s strategy in a new market and a new culture through:
  • Store establishment, development and operations
  • Expansion
  • Planning, budgeting and operations follow-up
  • Organization and communication

What do we expect from you?

  • Extensive experience with the operation of a retail chain with excellent and proven results.
  • The ambition to be a JYSK pioneer in a new and challenging market.
  • A motivating and hands-on working style, based on JYSK Values & JYSK Leadership.
  • Fluent English language skills: spoken as well as written.
  • Any experience from the Chinese retail market and Mandarin language is considered an advantage.
